Willie Loomis' room at Collinwood was one of many such modest rooms on the second floor of the mansion. The room was furnished with a bed, a small breakfast table, two large bookcases flanking the window, and several paintings hung upon the walls. For a brief period of time in 1967, Willie became an unwelcome guest at the great house (203). After being bitten by the vampire, Barnabas Collins, Willie fell gravely ill and had to be sequestered to his room for several days (216). Willie's health eventually improved, and he left Collinwood to stay at the Old House (220).
