Mrs Hutchins (Played by Camila Ashland) was an alcoholic Leviathan lackey.
Megan Todd explained to Julia Hoffman that Michael Hackett, the Leviathan child, stayed with Mrs. Hutchins after his parents died in an accident. Julia went to visit Mrs. Hutchins to confirm the story. However, Mrs. Hutchins was paid by Leviathan devotee Philip Todd to confirm the fake story to Julia (928).
