Inspector Hamilton was the police officer who investigated the deaths of Angelique Stokes Collins and Bruno Hess in 1970 parallel time. He was suspicious of Quentin Collins from the start, and eventually placed him under arrest. Hamilton was a widower; his wife, Jane, had passed away in the late 1960s. He was a lifelong friend of the Collinwood maid, Hoffman, and was the first to notice the difference in her when Julia Hoffman took her place.
